Classes are offered for Basic Cake Decorating, different Butter-cream Icings, Royal Icing, Fondant & Gum-paste & other mediums. Classes can be scheduled to your convenience, anytime of the day; morning, noon or evening. I normally like to have at least 6 students in a class to make it worth my while.  I also can take you on a field trip to help you to purchase the right tools. This will be part of the fees.
